That was my automatic reaction too. "Probably an American or Japanese twat who's never watched any golf before and thinks she's at the baseball!"
- When trouble arises and things look bad, there is always one individual who perceives a solution and is willing to take command. Very often, that individual is crazy.
- If youre paddling upstream in a canoe and a wheel falls off, how many pancakes fit in a doghouse? None! Icecream doesn't have bones!!!
the way he pulled away from them in the relay was nuts. He's in a whole other league. It's a bigger advantage when he's already moving at the start, whereas in the 100m he has to get going first then pull away.
The problem with "amazing" in sports these days is it immediately triggers the Armstrong Alarm.

The difference is his huge stride though Mont, not explosive acceleration and power. The Juice is not going to help there, the bloke is built like a bipedal farken Gazelle.
I drink a great deal, I sleep a little and I smoke cigar after cigar. That is why I am in two hundred percent form - Sir Winston Churchill
i don't think Jamaica can afford the latest and greatest undetectable drugs so he's more than likely clean. A few years ago they came up with the formula for the perfect 100m sprinter and it wasn't like him at all. It was shorter and more powerful to get off the blocks quicker than he does. They figured he was too tall to be able to make up what he lost at the start. Almost like starting in 2nd gear in a car, but he is somehow able to almost match the best off the line and then he uses his speed advantage in the second 50m. That's why the 200m is his preferred event.

I think this is one of my favourite ever sports photos. It just sums up everything about Bolt. The humour, the confidence and the performance. It's just perfect.

I don't disagree. Its just that ever since Lance Armstrong and reinforced by the performances of so many other drug cheats, whenever an athlete vastly outperforms his/her contemporaries they are immediately under suspicion.
