This Siri bollocks reminds me of the old mid 90's Dr Sbaitso.

Re: Westworld
Great finish to the series. Wrapped it up nicely with a few teasers for the future.
SW = Star Warsworld?
Looks like there's a Darth Vader in the line.NeilPearson wrote:This was in episode 6

Re: Westworld
Have just started this & can say I am very much intrigued, it's a brilliant concept if not totally unique.
For now I'll be keeping away from the spoilers in this thread, at least till I have finished the series.

Unique... It's based on a 40+ year old movie by Michael 'Jurassic Park' Crichton.
The Terminator was also hugely inspired by Yul Brynner's relentless Gunslinger.

That's what I meant Jamo, "not totally unique"...
Sorry my poor English.
Should have said, "although not totally unique".

Re: Westworld
Everyone at work raved about Westworld so I watched the first four or five episodes but I just couldn't get into it. Not sure what I was missing, I just found it a bit dreary.

I felt the same, but I watched it all. I just thought it lacked some fun and humour. The show for me was a bit of a missed opportunity. Not terrible at all, but with a premise like that you could do so much more. The balance between the psychology and moral issues and just plain good fun, seemed a bit off.

Re: Westworld
I actually liked the first season. Even though I could see that they left the story open for a season 2, I think it could or even should have been left there. I like having a few loose ends.
