$21 is probably ok for that, but they are working on PC3, so the bugfest that it currently is, is not likely to be fixed.

If you want single player, PC2 can't really be beat at the moment. But be prepared for a very frustrating experience

I must have gotten lucky because I only ever encountered 1 physics bug with PC2. But I never did career mode which I've heard had a lot of issues.
