Its a must-see. Based on Shakespeare's Henry V, it has the best medieval warfare scenes I've ever watched.

I gave this a watch on your recommendation and I agree it was very good. How much was it really based on the play though? I've never cared for Shakespeare and I read some reviews on IMDB saying it diverges quite a lot, also reading a bit on wikipedia it certainly played pretty fast and loose with historical accuracy. Definitely a good movie and story but not really historically accurate.

The main actor was quite good in my opinion, I wasn't sure about him when cast but he looks to have the chops to make a good Paul Atreides.
