My NAS is suddenly transferring files really slowly

I have a ReadyNAS Duo - it used to be lightning fast at transferring files (100mb/s) but now it seems to be throttled to about 15-20 mb/s after getting rebooted after a power interruption. I can't work out how to fix it. Any ideas?

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

There is a support forum out there for the readynas stuff that might be able to guide you more. However, I would:
* Check for red lights that might indicate a sick disk
* login to the device management page and look for status information or logs
* if using ethernet ports, verify that whatever they're plugged into will work at full speed - maybe by checking with a laptop
