Re: Bikey Booty!!!! What you got fool?
Got me an integrated cockpit.
Old FSA Alloy Bar & Stem (440x120mm) = 598g
New Integrated Cockpit (400/420x120mm) = 361g
But what a ball-ache getting it installed, really hope I don't need to take em off anytime soon
Ignore the tape job, experimenting still.

Nice CLP!!!
This is my favourite AliE saddle, fitted out all 3 bikes for less than 1 of the name brand saddles I used to use & way more comfy too.

Nice! I was wondering how you went with the install
Have seen a heap of good reviews of those F1 setups.
I bought a (much, much cheaper!) integrated cockpit for my trainer bike some time ago. Still haven't installed it. Trying to feed brake cables through the bar seems to be a headache due to the rough internal surfaces. One day I might get back to it, or just run the cables external.

6+ hrs taking my time to get it right, that's including all the faff to reconnect hydro brake lines & do the bleed.
Yes the hydro lines through the stem & bars was the most time consuming for sure, I used an old derailleur cable as the leader & it worked a treat.
I'm just glad I didn't have shift wiring to do as well (SRAM FTW), would be very tight & I suspect very fiddly.
Would be much quicker 2nd time around & tbh the bleed process, which I was most concerned with was pretty damn easy.

Re: Bikey Booty!!!! What you got fool?
I think the issue i (will) have is that the bike i want to put it on has cable brakes, which has larger housings than hydro brakes. Trying to feed those through the bars seems to be a bit of a nightmare!
Totally agree that wireless shifters would be worth their weight in gold for this process!

New addition to the stable.. this time for Miss V
Essentially the same as i got a few months ago (Focus Mares, 2016 model), except a higher spec (SRAM Force 1 rather than SRAM Rival).
