A Question on ISP's

Post by TassieDevil_Original »

Just wondering if anyone is with Westnet for their Broadband, if so what are they like, are they reliable?.....I'm thinking of going with them, as I have to get out of Bigpond, now that we lose our rebate they are way to dear.....

Yeah, but like me not everyone looks in the tech section who races....I only use this section, or maybe just the Live For Speed one.

Cool thanks Pix. Your recomendation, and some on the Whirlpool forums, have made my mind up, I will fax off all the necessary forms, and get connected. But I will wait till after the 3hr race though :D

I'm also with Westnet and can't praise them enough, they are a quality ISP, you might find an ISP with a better usage plan if you really try, but a quick look at the ISP forums at Whirlpool made my mind up. If you go by complaints per forum they are hands down winners.

If I wasn't with Internode, and very happy with them, I'd be with Westnet.

O.K. I have been with Westnet for over a week now, so far no probs, and everything seems as good as my old ISP ( but just much cheaper.. ). And the ADSL Transfer went through without a hitch and at no cost when signing up for a 12 month contract.... :eyepop:

I missed this post originally

3 ARSE's who reside in Launceston changed ISP's this month too. 1 went with Netspace and 2 to internode.

pity it wasnt in the tech section first, we could have compared apples. :tilt:
