Reducing head shaking?

Post by Coopz »

I love the new F1 mod but I'm finding the headshaking at speed, especially at fast tracks like Monza very annoying. I know it adds some realism to it but it makes it a lot more difficult to keep the car going in the right direction. Even with a soft setup...

Anyway to reduce its effect?

Those cars were so bloody stiff Coopz it was like driving a paint mixer. I remember AJ once saying that at the end of a race his kidneys felt like mush.

Damn Bloody Go-Karts he called them.

Ah sorry mate. Pity the 79 Mod don't work for you, it's pretty good.

The 79` mod works, but I think I screwed up the install, the AI seem to destroy themselves in the pitlane...

Set these in your PLR file to get rid of the high speed movement.
Cockpit Vibration Mult1="0.00000"
Cockpit Vibration Mult2="0.00000"

I like a little movement though, so I have mine at 0.5.

Who races AI in this day and age? :)

You might be able to improve them though with the AI learning thing

Don't mind me, I was just referring to Jamo rubbing salt into the wounds.... I'd try re-installing the mod if you are having problems as I had the same problem with another mod but a re-install fixed it up good :)
