rFGP Demo released!

SlimJim (the Kart mod creator) has been having a crack at trying to bring the 1967 F1 cars to rFactor and has just released a demo of his work to date. Still very early stages yet with only one set of physics and some graphical work yet to be finished it is still very representative of what he is trying to do. From what I have read he isn't trying to the '67 GP cars exactly but more so historical versions much akin to the cars in GTL (modern day tires etc). I am just downloading it now but I reckon it's probably worth checking out if you are an rFactor fan and/or a GPL fan.

Excellent, thanks for the heads up Acer.

I was a big GPL fan so i think i will give this a look.

Forget this one fella's. Turns out that SlimJim was using some materials without permission and the shit really hit the fan and as a result it's unlikely that this project will continue. Shame, but maybe in the future someone else may come along and give it a shot in the proper way.
