Would a VPN help?

VPN makes what site you are going to invisible to your ISP as the connection is completely encrypted and secure. But... It's slower and costs money

Try doing a tracert to TD Steve just to be sure it's Exetel and not some broken route past the ISP. I've had this with TPG in the past where I couldn't access TD for about 24 hours due to some routing stuff up at Cogentco on the way to TD.

with TPB gone i grabbed a seedbox to test and get my ratio up on TD.
