Exactly what Timmy said. With a seedbox you'll end up seeding long past non-seedbox people.

What's the deal as they are all webrips which seem to be ahead of the actual broadcast release, are they legit?

Netflix released the entire season online.

r8 nailed the answer, I just wanted to reply in more general terms.

Webrip or Web-DL are copies from a online source (e.g.: Netflix or iTunes). Webrips might need decrypting or re-encoding where as Web-DL is meant to be "untouched", however these categorisations aren't always upheld and really no one is interested in policing it.

Thanks guys, I understood what webrip meant but was questioning their legitimacy as I wouldn't have thought the likes of Netflix would have them let alone release them prior to the traditional TV broadcasters.

Netflix has the exclusive rights to House of Cards, Orange is the New Black is another Netflix exclusive, there are probably others but those two would be their highest rating shows that I know of.

You know something that's driving me nuts with TD lately... Who's stupid idea was it to have & accept [NO RAR] torrents of the same friggin shows.
TD should at least have them as a separate category so they can all be filtered out. Grr!!!

I prefer the NO RAR releases. Zipping everything up and splitting it is what they did in the days of Kazaa. It's about time they moved forward.

Downloading a dozen or so episodes then having to piss around extracting them into their folders

Giving away an invites to TorrentDay

I prefer the RARs only because they allow my speed to stay consistent, multiple ftp connections with multipart resume across multiple files keeps my ADSL maxed out.

The cost of being on TPG who swear they don't throttle but I call bullshit, for years I've only been able to pull around 200kb sec per connection over their international links.

I still use utorrent, it works as good as ever for me.
Although the ui is not so good these days with all the upsell & other ads. You can switch most of them off if you're prepared to delve deep into the settings. ;)

NOOOOO, ditch utorrent, the latest update had a bitcoin miner in it and people have been deleting it like crazy. Grab qbittorrent, it's what utorrent used to be, no bullshit ads and crap in the installers. http://www.qbittorrent.org/

here's some info on utorrent. http://www.lifehacker.com.au/2015/03/ut ... m-your-pc/

uTorrent is garbage.

Too add to that, they also slipped in a "survery" during the uninstall process if you aren't careful and watch the prompts.

Deluge user here. The throttling sucks but after the shit fight that is uTorrent it's the one that I found the best to use.

fark, fark, farkers.... thanks gents... I'll double check & get back to you, if it is there it's time to swap clients then. Grr!!!

EDIT: No such beats lives or has lived on my PC, so it's either a beat up or I didn't accept a special offer that others may have when installing or running uT...
I know I am very careful with such things so maybe my experience aligns with uT's statement on the matter... http://blog.utorrent.com/2015/03/06/reg ... er-offers/
Saying that I'm going to look at qBittorrent & see if I can set it up like my uT client. ;)
