Haven't heard anything mentioning wet weather. Does the game have it?

how can spell it right in the post, but not in the topic? lol

and no, i am yet to see any mention of Wet Weather. Nor have i seen mention of night racing, i am thinking with the Ovals and stuff, night racing would at least be on the cards.
