This is a good mod. I really like it alot. Just so much fun to drive as they stick to the road well. Driving them on the 1979 F1 tracks is great but at Rouen its just friggen awesome

Either get the new Winrar or get 7zip to open the file. It isnt corupt but its packed as a 7z file. It will save you from d/l all of it again.
