I been just lapping in the Skippy at Summit Point today, Holy christ, the main straight. Bumpy as, so awesome. Also, if anyone has the Late Model, go take it for a spin around the Jefferson Circuit, Great fun, Great sound.

Is it me or is the skip in the current form restricted? Seems to only rev to 7000 when the dial says it can go to 10000.

I'm a bit behind all you blokes, haven't had much of a chance to try this out since I got it :). Hopefully it won't take me that long to get my safety rating to 3 and try out the skippy...

Acerlyte you can test the skippy any time if you've bought it but you'll need an SR of 4.0 to actually race it on a rookie license. If you have 3.0 at the end of the month when the series ends then you should get your D license which will let you race the next skippy series as far as i know.

So onto Limerock for the Rookie comp this week. I only realised when I signed up for a race this morning ten minutes before it was due to start and it made things interesting as I'd never done a lap there in this car hehe. So was a bit all over the place in the race - had my worst showing so far. Did a few laps after the race and got down to a 1:04.0 but there were dudes doing 1:03.8 in the race so I guess I've still got more time to find. What's a decent time in the rookie solstice here?

maybe if we can have a sticky, and just update the 1st post with setups. There wont be too many around, so there's no reason we can't compile them.
