Even though im with bigpond, ill be waiting for node to host it as well. If it isn't a FPS, a mod for a FPS or one of them stupid asian MMO's then Bigpond don't host it

Re: CTDP F1 2006 out:)
There are so many options for your car when you pick one to drive. Took me a while to pick the track config., level of traction control, shfiter lights, track conditions ect... then set the car up at the track only to realise that the Super Aguri is slower than me running 100 metres ( it would take me about an hour to do that) and I went and drove something else. But in that time the mod made an impression on me and its a cracker. I did find it alittle laggy frame wise and I have a core 2 quad 2.44 with 2 gig of RAM and a Sapphire HD 3870 so gotta mess with graphics abit. Otherwise a lack of talent is preventing me from going fast.

Re: CTDP F1 2006 out:)
I've recently re-installed rFactor to give this a go. But my G25 won't play ball - I get no weight in the steering at all unless I hit a kerb or solid object. It's weird, the vibration effects are there, the collision effects are there but there's just no feedback in the normal steering. It's really light and offers no resistance at all. Other ISI based games are fine and I've played with every setting I can find but rFactor just doesn't work for me - not just this mod either.

Re: CTDP F1 2006 out:)
iirc the G25 needs to have a negative setting for the FFB, not sure if you have tried that.
Even so the whole lack of feel was something that put me off from really getting into this sim but I never tried the Real Feel FFB mod as it wasn't around back then.

Re: CTDP F1 2006 out:)
It's set on negative - that's normal for logitech wheels. I never had this problem with my old momo force and real feel or not feels exactly the same. There's something weird stopping settings from making any difference with the wheel.

If im not mistaken, with RealFeel don't you have to activate it ingame, and adjust it to your liking whilst driving?

Re: CTDP F1 2006 out:)
Is that so? I honestly don't know. I get a "real feel" something or other voice come on when I jump into the car so thought it was all working. Any idea how to activate it in game?r8response wrote:If im not mistaken, with RealFeel don't you have to activate it ingame, and adjust it to your liking whilst driving?

Maybe this:

Or this:

See if that works.
