Re: Horse names
Well she had her first run yesterday, was pretty exciting. Finished 4th on debut in a photo finish for third. So we are all pretty stoked with her, and hopefuly she improves from that run.

Re: Horse names
Dunno if the race will be covered in Oz, but she is having her second run tomorrow in race 3 at Timaru. (1.30pm NZ time). Since her first race she had a trial which she comfortably won, so heres hoping she can get up tomorrow.

Phar Lap Raceway? That's a fairly grandiose name for Timaru!

Yip that's the race. In regards to the name, Phar Lap was born in Timaru.

Thats why (whilst I don't agree with it) Kiwis always try and claim that you ozzy's stole Phar Lap from us.

Re: Horse names
Well she claimed her first win today, was fuckin exciting, and did it pretty easy in the end. I also got my ugly face on TV leading the horse back to scale after the win
