Re: IPL - Whos interested??
If im home, bored ill watch it.. but its soooo predictable... bowler bowls full pitched, batsman attempts to hit it over cow corner... NEXT!
It is a good chance to watch God bowl a few overs tho
Give me test cricket any day!

i loved it last year, shame on the weather they are having at the moment. I miss the big crowds aswell. fkn terrorists
i mainly watch it for Warny he still has it. He was on fire last Sat night in his 4 overs. Shame his match got rained out on Wednesday.

Re: IPL - Whos interested??
I love falling asleep on the couch with sport on the telly, so the IPL = very yes.
Kolkota FTW.
As for T20 being shit... well, kinda.
Definatly not a fan of it at the internation level (i.e. Australia vs. South Africa) because it is indeed too predictable. T20 often seems to short to have anexiting ebband flow of advantage back and forth that thew one-dayers offer. I love one dayers, especially at the international level.
As for test cricket, just plain too long to hold my interest. However, I would probably be more interested if they brought back timeless tests, even if only for series deciders, so there is a guaranteed definative result at the end of it.
Getting back to the IPL, has anyone else noticed the unsettling theme amongst most of the team's monikers?
Rajasthan Royals. Chennai Super Kings. Kolkota Knight Riders, Bangalore Royal Challengers, King's XI Punjab...

Re: IPL - Whos interested??
Best moment in sport last night.
Warnies Royals owning it up, about 18th over, hes fielding on the boundry (no idea why, he never does). Goes and takes a swig of beer from a spectator, bowls next over, gets hit for a 6 3 balls later.
gold, what a champ.
He should sneaked a pie and a smoke in during the last over. (funny enough few games ago in the tight one) the camera panned across to warnie in the box having a smoke (he hadent came in to bat yet).
classic

yeah, really enjoyed watching him bowl the other night... and you really do get a feel of just how much better he is than any the other spinners going around (still).
