A recurring theme that has come up in conversations is that drivers are very interested, but have reservations in making such an investment without at first trying the equipment out for themselves.
So, I've set aside an extra set of the GT-3R and F1-3B pedals for people to try out. I have a cockpit for the F1 pedals and will either have an upright cockpit or desk for the GT pedals. The pedals will be ready at the end of June.
I'd like expressions of interest from you all as to when you'd like to take the time to try the pedals out. The event would take place in Wollongong over the space of a weekend, and the structure will be a little bit of a competition.
Each driver gets 25mins to try out the pedals in whatever game they like (rFactor V8 Mod, iRacing, Live for Speed). We'll then have the two fastest drivers in each game go head to head in the final.
I'm sure between us we can come up with a suitable prize
