Well the New Years Eve purchases turned up a couple of weeks ago and were fitted the same day (as Im on holidays). These bits are 2nd hand and imported from Japan.

Since today was 20% off oil and filters day at Supercheap, I did that today too.

The car as it looks now. Also note the black front lip I fitted a few months ago:

The "roll bar". I used " as I wouldnt count on it to save me in a roll over. It is a glorified mid body brace if anything but it was the JDM look I was after.

The strut brace:

which boosts the 2.0-litre MZR engine from 188kW to 177kW, while peak torque is raised from 188Nm to 274Nm.
Shit I wish a supercharger would net that much power gain from my v8!

If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you finally have enough horsepower.

The stance of the car in that shot is spot on awesome. I think it looks great.

But no, not for me. Only so many $$$ to share around in wages here in Tassie and Haze get most of it.

I think the 86 might be inclined to help out the hairdressers if they get busy....
