Juice pack air looks pretty good... quite thick though. They should make an app to give extra battery power

Apple make some nice shizzle, but fucking battery life is something they are fucking hopeless at!

Its not just them.. palm and HTC smart phones aren't much better..
Big Screen + Lots of 3G + CPU Slugging APPS = shit battery life...
My past two phones were just as bad.. but at least I could put a new battery in without undoing 9 screws and 6 data clips

I find mine is quite good when only using it as a phone... basically, not messing around with it all day. If its just used to make and receive calls, it seems to last a couple of days.

Must admit, after using a HTC phone and then swapping to blackberry.. Rim is fucking fantastic at
I use my phone daily, get 50-150 emails per day, texts/blackberry messenger/applications and msn.. battery lasts me 2 days with the 5.x firmware on bold 9000

thei battery life should be compared more to a laptops than a phone. Like Dex said if you just use it as a phone then it lasts for ages, but we have ipods, emails etc and it drains it, obviously.

That's the key I think Woodsy. The real stats should come down to hours in use and type of usage rather than hours switched on. I didn't play music, video, games, maps, email, text, chat and banking on my Nokia.
