Perfect Home-based business.
The family and I are moving out of town, 30 km's into the bush, therefor Mr Dykes Trophies is up for sale, (so is our house for that matter!) For the last 6 years I have owned and operated this business from the front room of our house, servicing thousands of customers, whilst enjoying the comforts of working my own hours!!
So if anyone wants to move to Mudgee and buy our house and business, PM me!!
You could also quite easily pick up all the stock and equipment in one foul swoop, move it back to your own place of residence, then start enjoying a very relaxing, and rewarding business.
$55,000 for the business.
$260,000 for the house (huge yard, middle of town, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, big shed, small shed, vegie gardens. . . and sooo much more!)

Re: Perfect Home-based business.
Being that I have no money... and that I don't want to move etc, I am not an interested party...
I am however a sticky beak and interested in the big sell if its ok to ask..... Retiring?? New line of work?? Sounds like a big life change.

Re: Perfect Home-based business.
Basically, we are moving to 25 acres, 20 minutes from town.
A river, a run-down gold rush era post office/inn etc.
No mortgage, so I can work on restoring the buildings, wife will be part-time working.
Buy a caravan to live in.
Buy solar set-up/generator.
Enjoy living simply.
Massive life-style change, which has always been our plan, need to do it NOW, rather than later when kids are older.
Scarey, but soooo excited!

I hope you can get enough power out of the sun to run your net Q man. Be sad to see you leave the community.

Re: Perfect Home-based business.
Hey Chook, our laptop has wireless so is just a matter of finding out exactly how far out of town we can drive before we lose the net. . . No doubt we will be spotted around town, in parks etc, laptop open, checking emails! lol. Also thought about setting the kombi up again with all the sim-racing gear in it, and driving into town on a Monday nightThe Chickenman wrote:I hope you can get enough power out of the sun to run your net Q man.
