Die cast's

Post by Bauer »

Hey guys

I have just chucked a couple of Classic Carlectables up on ebay. eg:

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... :MESELX:IT" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

These are just a couple and Im not going to put them all up at once. I also have a #1 Bowe and Brock 05 up at the moment.

But if anyone here is interested in any let me know and I wont put them on ebay

Some of the other V8's I have that come to mind are:
A Murphy HRT or 2 (I think 1 is the Bathurst winning car shared with Lowndes)
Lowndes HRT or 2
Gardner/Crompton Coke Commodore
Another Bowe
A Dick or 2
Seton Ford Credit Falcon

I only have a dozen or so V8's and will follow up with the 4 or 5 NASCAR's I have but after they go I will be moving on to my Minichamp/Onyx Formula One collection. These have all been in storage since 1999 and I havent added to the collection in that time so all of them are pre 97 I would say. I even have a few Indycars as well like Nige and Mario's Lola's from 93 etc. Some of the F1's I have are in pairs like the Leyton House cars I have both drivers. I even have a Pedro Lamy if anyone is after a dead set ARSE legend.

If anyone is keen on any, shoot me a PM with what you are after. Most (read 98%) are 1:43 scale

Im not trying to make a fortune. Im only after a fair price. postage at cost.

Sale prompted by Bowe. I dont want his shit in my house any more. Fucker.

If they were 1:18s I would be all over the Lowndes/Murphy one as I am trying to get all the Holden Bathurst winners.
Good luck with the sales, I would hate to have to part with any of my models so your a brave man!

LOL I know what you mean

I have the EL. All my Falcons are EL's.

auctions end in a couple of days. A few nibblers on the Brock car, a few stalkers on the others

@En-J seems no one else want the prick either. He has the least attention on ebay :)

I've got about 100 1:43 Falcons that I've got to sell off....... sitting in a chest in the bedroom just to lazy to take pics of them

Bauer - Not sure if you have already but this site http://forums.classiccarlectables.com.au/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; might be a good place to off load some, I sold my entire Holden collection on that site :)

I've got a few Bowe's to sell so that's not good news on the lack of stalkers

I shifted all but a couple of V8's so I will keep them maybe. I will see how I go. 1 was a Coke car that I quite like, 1 was a Murphy HRT. Might put them up again after I finish with F1 and Indy stuff

Next up will be the Schumi collection. Half a dozen F1's or so and a couple of Go Karts.

Got rid of all my Bowe cars thank fuck.

Well the punters loved the Schumi stuff. Made a few $$$ there and sold all but 1 car :D Maybe the leaving of 1 is an omen that I should be keeping some of my stuff.

Brumm is next. No not the vintage cars from the kids show, stuff like this Jackie Ickx car:

Well the Brumm stuff was hit and miss. The 2 I did sell went for more than I expected but 3 didnt even get a nibble

This week I have Indycars and I also chucked up a 1/24 Senna Williams FW16. Im hoping that goes well and it should.

Well the Indycars were like a lead balloon. Only sold 1 and that went to some guy in the USA

back to F1 this week. all have some watchers except the Paul Belmondo Pacific Ilmor. No surprise there I suppose :D

Im hoping the Pedro Lamy goes to a good home :tilt:
