Guys

Try this out!

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE!!

4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
...2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract, and your favourite tipple
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to your largest mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil, and mix well. Add the chocolate chips (if using), , vanilla extract, and a drop or two of your favourite tipple, then mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!

Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

Suggest you mix in a bowl then place in a mug, filling to about 3/4 full. I couldn't make all the ingredients fit in a mug...

Had one the other nite..it was noice!

If you are going to have cake.. you need icecream as well.

5 minute homemade ice cream

step 1 - Ingredients
1 package frozen fruit (I used raspberries)
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp vanilla

step 2 - Make Ice Cream!!!!
Combine the frozen berries, sugar, cream and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Process until the fruit is roughly chopped and mixture resembles ice cream.

step 3 - Eat!
Your ice cream is ready to enjoy!
Eat now if you can't wait, or freeze for firmer texture.

Should there be any leftovers (ha!), they can be frozen for up to a week.

Cooked this cake last night when the Mrs complained about nothing to have with the ice cream.....

Turned out to be a winner, massive brownie points for me :) The only problem was the Choc Chips all sank to the bottom of the Mug so they were all in one spot. Apart from that pretty good for little effort and cleanup.

Here's a piccy, it was awesome watching it cook, it was close to half way out of the cup at one stage!
