Ooo, can you join online races as well Norbs?

I dont have a FFB wheel, so don't know. The A1 works fine in it though.

I wont be joining any online races soon. I suck arse. I forgot just how much time I must have out into it before. Last LFS race was 2007 according to LFSworld. :)

I have installed it so I can play against a mate that might be coming down for the weekend. If I can come to grips with it, and sort out the Mac k/b, I might give it a go on Monday nights or something like that.

Could you test if you can join a server then bail. Im just interested to see if you can.
A mate of mine only has a mac and he is just getting into league racing, MNR might be back on the cards.

All fine. Joined an Aussie server, took out the leaders. Did a PB and figured the key mappings are all rooted. :)

I have no idea how to set it up so I can use all the F keys. Also, the screen saver kicks in. Just happened when I was being blue flagged.

Did you mean?

System Prefs > Keyboard > (tick box) Use all F1, F2, etc. keys as standard function keys
* When this option is selected, press the Fn key to use the special features printed on each key.

No problemo.

Just won a race at South City. Fark me, I forgot how intense it gets. The bride walked past and told me to breath and blink. ;)

LOL
but in all seriousness, I think they'll get cheaper, slowly. They are charging the start-up premium rates.
I reckon they must come down if they want to get more subscribers (and keep most of the old ones) - and it seems they'll slowly get some competition as well (or not - I'm thinking about the ISI thing)

And that's what they said about Foxtel/Austar 10 years ago... but they're still charging the same price!
