Dont get your Mrs to turn off your PS3 after a B-Spec enduro WITHOUT exiting to the main menu...
I just lost the coin and xp from x3 Suzuka 1000km enduros that i ran back to back last night when she turned off the ps3 this morning.
GT5 will not preform an auto save until you exit to the main menu it seems, even if you finish the race and start it again...

I always try to remember to do manual saves whenever I finish races, after I lost over 300K exiting the game in what I thought was the correct way.KNAPPO wrote:

Also don't buy parts thinking that you will use them in the future & not fitting them immediately. If you don't fit them, they appear as unpurchased.

Or you could back up the game data, give me the car, then load your back up and you've got your car back and I've got a freebie

Ta. With that and the ruf 96 I have things about covered. Indeed the ruf 96 is an awesome car for running in turbo races.

Re: Hints & Tips
From the "half way point" I only had to use a few cars. ZR1, 787B, the F1 car and the X2010. Of course there was that Lambo and Ferrari race (pretty sure I used the 458 aswell).
Really if you save up early you can use the F1 car for a hell-of-a-lot of races (even with Sport soft tyres).
