wow.. i've been riding rollers for years and have never tried no hands. that being said my bike doesn't seem that stable on the road no hands either!

can't go past the rollers for developing a smooth pedal action

No handed is great for helping your core stability as you really need to keep the upperbody still when doing it.
Try riding a hill with no hands also, it will achieve the same result. Another Pro-Tip from The Duke. ;)

Got that DVD, both segments are from the film "Seasons". That and "Life Cycles" are the 2 MTB films I would suggest to people from outside of the Sport. They are an awesome mix of Action and brilliant cinematography. I would watch that DVD probably once every 3 weeks or so. Love it.

Nice Selection

This video is good because you can see the riders power output, cadence and HR on the screen.

Watch til the end for added bonus.

He was definatly having a good go  bit of bad luck with the end result though  . The girl must be out and about at 3am :) not much traffic around . I would get up that early to ride with her

Would even think about getting a Fixxy.

Love the telemetry, would do quite a bit to get the avg person to watch more racing.

Chris Akrigg is a nut. He is redefining the line between Trials and Freeride. Danny Mackaskill is getting all the publicity but there are a whole bunch of guys out there like Chris who are taking it to all new places. I subscribe to his vids, he was just recently in Aus too. waiting to see some vids from that.

Here's some new Cam vids from my rides. Been a while since I have been for a Downhill and it turns out all the recent XC has helped my downhill pace a lot. I am not running this trail a good 20 to 30 seconds faster than before.

Here's my 1st run back in to it after about 2 months off the DH bike. I pull up short before one of the drops at the start from a combination of nerves and the fact it looked as though it had caved away at the lip. The 2nd run didn't cause an issue though.

This 2nd one was a little later in the night. It was near on dark and a little hectic. The camera makes it look a lot lighter than it actually was, The vid does not look as good as quality because of it either. You see in some of the more shaded area the camera can't see a thing. Well, it was only mildly better than that for our eyes. We are planning on taking the lights out in a few weeks to try a few night runs.

and this one I strapped the cam to the seatpost for something different, It gives a lot better perspective of the speed and also the harshness of the terrain.

enjoy.
