that was good Darren, it pretty much added to my theory that a bad cyclist is also a bad driver. It's not a case of one or the other, it's who you are, and if you're aggressive in one mode of transport you'll most likely be the same way doing another.

Here's a video that I started to shoot yesterday. We only managed to get about a quarter of the footage we wanted though due to a severely dodgy crank coming loose and requiring a 10mm allen key, the same 10 mm allen key that I said "don't worry about taking the big keys, we wont need them", to the guy riding, earlier in the morning..oops. Needless to say, on Anzac day, its very hard to find anywhere open with a 10mm Allen Key.. lol

But here's what we got so far, now we need to wait for another foggy morning to go back and finish it.

If you haven't followed Danny MacAskill's Imaginate series well the actual video just got released & what a cracker it is. Very apt title to go with it since he's living the boyhood dream.

Didn't enjoy it as much as his other main 3 (Inspired bicycles, Way back home and industrial revolutions)

Still pretty good though

That was my other thought (alongside the notion of an RB8 appearing shortly before a 1989 edition of the Beano), that I didn't enjoy it as much as Danny's videos showing what he can do on regular streets (and in the case of the Edinburgh based ones, streets I know very well) rather than what he can do in a specially built studio set - an impressive creation but it lost something ...

Just finished watching "ride the divide", a doco about the event Tour Divide, a race similar to the Race across America except on mountain bikes, which takes riders from Canada to Mexico for a total of 2745 miles. Inspiring stuff!

Coincidently, the event is happening right now and you can keep track of their progress here: http://trackleaders.com/tourdivide13" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; :)

haha, and didn't even mark the car.. lol

Well, today I had the wonderful task of trying to make Cross Country Mountain bike riding seem exciting!!! lol. I was lobbed with the job of filming a 4 hour endurance event.

Here's the finished product.

Loud music certainly helps with that, but maybe with the credits could of lowered the names a bit to clear the skyline.

Thanks mate, it's copped just under 400 views in its 1st day and has been featured on the front page of http://www.theroostmag.com.au" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; which I'm pretty stoked about. Getting the hang of this bike edit thing...lol

An insight into the filming of that Danny MacAskill Imaginate Film to end the excellent must watch series around it's creation.

That's fricken sweet... But what's the deal with that Race, those other guys were nowhere near the same skill level as the guy that won it. I take it must of been a early heat.
