Well, they probably have a geoip filter, but some people's connection is either going through another country (there are some such, but it's rare) or the geoip db is lacking (more likely) - hence the smiley.

I go through a good one, well my last one and this one both play the site.. so it must be something on your end.

you silly bugger, it's not me or you using it; it's the site.

They are blocking by geographical location of the visitor, determined by the IP address, which is assigned to the user via the ISP.

The only way to avoid it from my end would be to go through a proxy (sitting in a location which is allowed).

I know.. but there is a GeoIP filter that makes you appear some where else.. which.. I am not using.
