Rob around?

Hey guys,

I'm just curious to see if anyone has heard from Rob in the last few months. Last year I sent back my shifter (my third shifter mind you) which had failed. It had a broken spring and Robbo was helpful via email and wanted me to send it to him to see what cause the spring to snap.

So, a few months later, not a single reply to any emails. I sent him back all three of the shifters I had and am eagerly awaiting the return of my latest shifter with replaced spring.

I'm at the point where I'm considering just giving up and getting a new H-shifter from somewhere else, despite how much I was really trying to stick with Robbo and his products.

Wow, talk about a coincidence. I just got a reply from Robbo yesterday. He told me he's waiting for some parts to arrive and then he'll proceed with customers' shifter repairs. Took a while for him to respond but he finally did and I'm sure he'll have all of our shifters fixed up in no time :)

Yea I hope he is ok too! He hasn't responded to any of my emails over the past few months, but Isamu heard from him after I had sent a few off and he has not responded to me yet.

Have either of you PM'ed Norbs about this? Norb's may not have seen the thread.

Norbs knows about it, we told him when he came down to Melbourne for the ride when we were all out for dinner. He whipped out his phone to give him a call then and there, don't think he could find the number though, so we rang Kev instead.

Hopefully Norbs can make contact with him. All I want is working shifter. A shame because his design was the best I've seen among all the other shifters. Felt very realistic and better than the SST&TSWs

At least I could fix my pedal myself.

Can you please ask Norbs or Kev to phone him again? If they have recently tried, what was the result?
