I think we will all be sore for a few days. I trained a lot more than most of them. On the whole, a great bunch of blokes. There was one there that I didnt get on with, but hey, not everyone loves the Norbury charm .

Day2-dis-160km, time-6:05, avg-26.1kph
Day3-dis-108km, time-3:33, avg-30.6kph
Day4-dis-147km, time-6:05, avg-24.1kph
Day5-dis-140km, time-4:56, avg-28.3kph
Day6-dis-142km, time-4:41, avg-30.3kph

Total 822km with average of 27.5kph.

Helps having a few strong guys up front helping to drag us weak bastards along
