FMR will be recruiting soon. However i really wanna get the site up and going 1st, so hopefully soon. I will be setting up a dedicated server within the next few days aswell, so we have somewhere to hang out. But its all taking shape rather quickly, considering i only purchased LFS like 10 days ago, and Jay hasnt had it for much longer. But anywho, we'll be on the lookout for drivers very soon.

those skins look awesome, nice work :bigthumb:

because you are new to lfs and not many people know the team the best thing to do in my opinion would to go to either SCR Who's online? or AAL Website and have a look at the past results etc and find out who is in a team and who isnt..then keep an eye on them when they are racing on the track.

Good luck

yeah we're all pretty new to all this stuff, so expect the odd question here and there. We have 3 other drivers now from the US, however we have decided to trim the team back to Australian only members as it will be a lot easier to manage. We sorta rushed in and recruited way too early, planning is something we hope to use in the near future..lol

Enforcer J is keen to try and get 2 guys on board before the start of the Aston round. So he'll be on the lookout for potential members this week. then after that, probably before xmas we plan to have another 4 drivers, we feel 8 drivers is managable at this stage. how many members does the average team have in AAL anyway? <question 1.

LOL.

most have about 10-15 or so members....probably only 50 odd % would race often tho.....the people to ask the questions to are Cutter and pixelboy, there the sorta organisational blokes who run the AAL and are figure heads in their respective teams :)

Is it just me or have the Australian League teams double'd or so in the past 4 months or so. .... Obviously, LFS S2 had a major impact.

well,it kinda rocks, i was mainly a GTR player, and before that Nascar2003, when i got my new wheel i decided to get LFS and i have to admit, since i got it, i think i have played GTR for around 30 minutes, and that was just to get my v8 supercar fix with the mod. Just the way LFS handles skins and the likes online is just far superior to any other driving game in my opinion.....

so hopefully a few more teams fire up too. It'll be good to see.

The more the merrier, the first Australian teams in LFS have been around about 2 years.
But since these ARSE forums started in December last we've seen a great growth
in members, teams and racers.

over the past 2 or so months or so DUR, PRT and MPR have recruited over 2 racers each some more.... so unfortunatly there are not many independants on the aussie LFS scene atm. :( but that will surely change :)

Just put a topic in the forum like FMR are recruiting or something to that effect you'll get some interest then.

Or some easy looking over the race result pages on AAL and looking if anyone has something alongside their name. Some won't have anything, some will just have something to fill in the space. Send them a PM.
