Im looking at getting a 64GB MicroSD for my Transformer Prime. Mainly to hold HD video files when off the home NAS, movies tv shows n such.
Ive currently got 40GB left on the internal storage on the tablet but wouldn't mind these files on a removable storage solution so the system isn't clogged with crapola.

Im under the assumption the higher the class type the faster the card but in all honesty i have NFI :p
Looking at this card at present on fleebay.

What class type is needed for 720/1080p video to ensure no buffering ect?

Class generally refers to write speed not read.

Check out reviews before you buy.

Pix is quite right. Class is generally more in regards to write speed. Usually I recommend a class 6 for full HD recording just to be safe, however a class 4 should be enough as well. That's mainly for regular SDHC cards, but as far as I can remember the micro SD have the same classes.

Their CF cards aren't that cheap. I got 2x 16GB sandisk extremes from B&H for about the same price they are asking for one.
