Deus Ex anyone? :) Might even be the same engine?

Looks pretty good - nice to have these sorts of unexpected surprises.

Is that the GTA engine? It looked like GTA on steroids to me.

Holy crap exactly what I was thinking, was mega excited as he ran to the vehicle and then felt sooo ripped off. Drove nothing like any sort of vehicle and the sound was atrocious - they may aswell have left that bit out. :eek:

If you can leave two black stripes from the exit of one corner to the braking zone of the next, you finally have enough horsepower.

What did you expect? Seriously, in what universe do you expect a great gfx engine coupled with realistic driving? This is getting built for console-grown folks, the new generation, to dazzle and generate awe.
You can complain about the sound, that's a complain which has some merit, but the vehicle handling? You gotta wake up. :lol:

Yes. However a simple system that fakes realism like the gta IV one is goot.

It's just a real gripe of mine in open world games. Personal interests. I only turn on gta IV these days to do 4x4 :shrug:

But I digress. Atleast subtle and more suited sfx would suffice.

Anyone getting Watch Dogs on the 28th?
" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Ive almost pulled the pre purchase trigger about 3 times now... Really wanted to read a PC review before I did.
Hanging for a new game i can get sunk into, dont want to play any older games on my new system that I have missed, onward and upward.

Green Man Gaming and the 20% off voucher does make it tempting..

Standard Version and the Season pass when using the voucher comes in at $56. Cheaper than just buying the standard version alone on Steam.

I keep thinking I'll pre-order it, and then I remind myself it's Ubisoft, not some indie dev and they can afford to wait for me to read some reviews. :D

I also keep telling myself to read some reviews once the PC version is out. Lots of reports of them cutting graphics for the consoles which leaves me wondering how full on the pc version will be.

Acquired this today. Had some issues with stuttering, had to turn textures down from High.

Runs well now though, the driving physics are also a very pleasant surprise. I reckon I will enjoy this :yes:
