Has anyone seen him in their SP game?

My cousins son just caught a glimpse of him in his apparently, riding a minecart! weird as bru!

Lol a year or so ago their were rumours about herobrine but it all ended up being BS.
Which is a shame really, it would have been really cool if he was somehow coded in and only appeared in every millionth map or something.

according to notch he has never coded in herobrine. Many a old patch notes at the bottom say "removed herobrine"
