List of Courier Services?

I'm caught a bit here.I have an oversized box that requires delivery and cannot go with Australia Post.

Would anyone be able to provide a list of courier services for larger items to go either local or interstate?

Capitals are well cheap. Very good here in Adelaide but apparently their interstate operations are not so great.

Thank you everyone. Toll and E-Go seem to have the best value at the moment and aren't charging over $200 delivery for an item potentially worth less.
