As the title suggest...i am a complete noob when it comes to screenshots.

Ive been asked to take a screenshot of a car in game for an iracing profile article, and it made me realise ive never even tried taking one before and dont have a clue how to do it.

So how does one take a screen shot ingame and then access it outside of the sim?

Hit print screen on the keyboard then paste in any picture program eg photoshop

Print screen button. Then look in your "My Documents" folder. There should be an iRacing folder with it in there.

You can use ctrl+shift+print screen to save a screen shot. It saves in tga though, so to email to someone you will want to use paint or irfanview to convert to jpg.

Just tried it and the perspective is screwed. probably easier to just use prt screen or fraps
