It's the same game, but this is a program which integrates a bunch of mods and allows you to use it in multiplayer. It's fun having heaps of new stuff to play withysu wrote:is this still the same game?

Yeah, I was researching yesterday and realised this was my mistake. I was using high voltage cable. I also found you can make a little meter to test how much power is going through the wires. It doesn't wear out either.SHoNKY wrote:Here's a tip, insulated copper will only travel 4 or 5 blocks before losing 1 EU/t per block thereafter, on the other hand ultra low current cable made from tin will allow 40 blocks of travel before losing 1EU/t per block thereafter.

I love these mods, confusing as all hell, but really adds a world of depth to Minecraft.

Re: Arsecraft Server updates
Server is laggy as hell lately. When there is more than 1 person on it won't even load chunks sometimes.

Re: Arsecraft Server updates
It didn't so I went around taking things apart since it seemed to be affecting me the most.
I found if I got rid of my timers the lag became reasonable. I'll have to see if it's the timers themselves or some of the machines they're triggering which is causing it. Running a timer to block breakers didn't seem to be an issue. I'm thinking it may be the sorting machine or the retreiver. Didn't have any problems until I put that stuff in.
