Ms office for ipad

Hey guys, sadly the Mrs got an ipad and she wants a decent ms office compatible program that has good functionality.
Mainly word and excel.
Any ideas?

Office has long been rumoured but it's never surfaced.
Have a look at CloudOn. Never used it myself but it's supposed to work with all the office files.

Pages and Numbers (I don't "think" Numbers is a fully featured as Excel but really like everything, it depends on what features the user actually uses).
*edit* what im trying to say is I sure as shit don't use all the features of Excel at work or home.

thanks for the responses fellas! she ended up ignoring me and geting some google office or something. then got pissy with it because she has to sign up with a gmail account. haha.
