Frankenweenie

Post by Johnny X »

Tim Burtons take on the Frankenstein story.

I watched this with my neice today partly expecting to have to sit through a "kids" animated film. Have to say I throughly enjoyed as not only does it cater for the kids but it is absolutely shot through with references from the old classic Lugosi, Carloff, Price et al classic black and white horror from the 30's and 40's that I loved watching in my younger days. Godzilla and the Gremlins even make it in there.... absolutley brilliant

This is on my "to watch" list.
Love Tim Burton's kooky works.
