Yeah I have tried that many a time... I gave up and got a nexus5. Loving this phone. Feels so much better than the s4.

Haven't given up 100% on the s4. I am going to see if I can get a ROM you flash with Odin. As I'm suspecting it is paranoid. android causing it.

And yeah I always wipe the caches after a new flash.

Haha. I like this phone a lot. Very impressed with it. Screen, camera, and overall feel of the phone. Just wish I had a red one.
