If so, where abouts? Smiss and I might be available for a bike ride Saturday morning.

I can always try to get down to Sydney for Saturday morning.

Perhaps M7?

This might be just the ticket I need to keep my drinking vaguely under control on Friday night... hmm probably not.

I am going to have a chat to Smiss today. We will try and sort out the details then.

M7 is probably the best bet. We can all just sit on Jamo's wheel and try and keep up with him.

Sweet.

I'll be the guy at the back, puffing and panting.

Wouldn't count on that Norbs, I am woefully out of shape.
Did Lapstone the other day and absolutely killed myself and I was 3 and a half mins off my PB.

Brett is referring to my disdain of the M7. You coming to the Pub dude?

Ok. Spoke to Smiss. Being a real cyclist, he is up for an early ride.

For the M7 experts, where is the best place to park the car and start and finish a ride? I am thinking of somewhere around the M4/Eastern Creek area. Maybe a 8:30-9:30 kick off.

I might have big Sam with us as well.

Btter make it 9.30 doubt I'll get home before 4'ish

Work on a Friday night!! Dems be the Devils words.

I'd suggest up the Northern Bella Vista end, then ride the whole length south stop at the Prestons Maccas for a refuel then all the way back again.

How about Richmond Road area as a start Jamo?

Smiss is looking at around 50-60kms.

Using this map....

http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/M7-Cycleway#null" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

If we start around Richmond Road, it will make it a 56km ride.

Maybe park in the Hungry Jacks carpark here.. http://www.bikely.com/maps/bike-path/M7-Cycleway#null" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ?

Or in this shopping centre just down the road.. https://maps.google.com/maps?q=Glendenn ... 35,,0,0.78" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

The entrance to the cycleway is 250m from the carpark.

Richmond Rd down to Prestons and back sounds manageable. :)

Yeah. It's not that bad. Only an hour each way. Not a problem.

Fair enough. Look forward to seeing you on Fri or Sat. Might have a bit more of a chat than at the velodrome. :)

I'm probably not fit enough for 56km. I've only ridden a few times this year :(
