I still reckon it's not the job of Govt to be involved in this shit.
Why not Jamo? It is vital infra structure.
I am doing a tiny photography job for the local skin cancer clinic. One of the doctors was saying they could diagnose people at home with the cameras on most smart phones if they had faster connections. Seemed like a big claim to me, so I questioned him and he said that was just a tiny thing that would be of benefit. He then went on to list a stack of medical things that could be improved with faster internet. I had no idea of most of what he was saying, but I also had no idea the health system could use fast internet in that way.
He was obviously an advocate, but he reckons it would pay for itself in health benefits before it was finished. Another wild suggestions, so I asked about it. Let's just say that a 15 minute visit turned into about 2 hours.
I wasn't aware just what a melanoma can turn into.
The up shot of all this. I would love to know more about the benefits to the health industry.
Oh, and get those moles checked out.
