Re: Cookie clicking game
The borrowing money mechanic barely seems worth it. You only need to borrow enough to get started and then it's just about how impatient you are. Leave it tick over in the background and you get it paid off really quickly. Other than that it seems alright. Enough to let me leave it overnight tonight and see where it gets to.

Re: Cookie clicking game
I've let it run in the bg for a day, looked at it as a 'break' sometimes, current stats:
Also: I've got 240 achievements, and 200mil cash. New animals start off with a horrible birth/death rate...
p.s. shouldn't we move these threads (along with the 2048) to the "other games" forum?
The fine was due to 'overcrowding', hehe. I left it unattended too long I guess.Stats - Tue Apr 01 2014 14:48:24 GMT+1100 (AUS Eastern Standard Time):

Re: Cookie clicking game
New cookie clicker update. Seems pretty much cosmetic, however.

I found you have to reset when things get slow or you don't get anywhere. I've reset twice now and get a 30% bonus to the rates but the 14th/15th animals are breeding too slow to bother continuing so I'll have to reset again soon.ysu wrote:New animals start off with a horrible birth/death rate...
I owed a heap from a fine after letting it run overnight. Visitor money covered it though.
Chrome isn't letting me select the stats text

259 birth/death upgrades
161 enclosure upgrades

The new top kitten upgrade costs 855 quintillion cookies. That's 25x more than all the cookies I've ever baked!
By the way, still playing it long hand and I'm up to 7800HCs now

Re: Cookie clicking game
Makes it something worth playing for I guess. I haven't bothered with autoclicker for a long time now, except for the first hour or so of each reset. I just let the wrinklers come along and then pop them each morning to buy another prism or whatever. It's looking much more professional now though.

How many prisms do you have Mick? They are so damn expensive once you get to 150.Exar Kun wrote:Makes it something worth playing for I guess. Re: Cookie clicking game
Most I've had in a game is 120 before my reset last night. I got to 93 in a little over an hour. I think the prices have gone up though. The first one used to be 50 trillion (I think) and now it's 75.

Re: Cookie clicking game
So norbs, with that final kitten essentially doubling production, how close is the 200th prism now? I guess 400 cursors will be the big benchmark.

I'm about 1/10th of where you are both in (this game) and (all time) cookie counts. So I've got even further to go. By which time there'll be harder achievements to get...

Kudos for sticking to your guns for so long Kev! But the dev has clearly set achievements with people using auto-clickers in mind now.Big Kev wrote:I finally caved in and got an autoclicker. I'm making slightly faster progress now

Re: Cookie clicking game
Yeah it feels less of an achievement though. Almost like cheating.
It also has lots of interesting stats like which is the most efficient item to buy and how many HCs I've made before the next reset. That's better than guessing. Sometimes I got 900 and other times I only got 250ish.

Now I have the auto clicker, I doubled my HCs in one night
I'm closing in on 140 AMCs but decided to do a reset as the new kitten multiplier thing was going to take nearly 10 days to get.

I am getting frustrated that this last AMC is taking so damned long. I can see I will have over 400k of HC once I do a reset.
