That particular one is probably a replica shell for demos.

I was saddened by the old Ferrari circa 60s F1 car under rubble.

That is very sad but am I the only one here who is a touch skeptical about that article?
What I mean is there is no context around any of the photo's, so you have no idea where they are, how long they've been there, why they are in that state...
Quiet clearly many are in a very poor state but are they all being left to rot or are some going to be restored or rescued. Assuming they are all authentic & original.

Like Walshy said in the comments..

Few were after a big storm, other were taken from Dubai-Middle East, others are just forgotten as people die and others do not know about them.
Some play it safe on the merry-go-round, others go for the thrills of the roller-coaster.

The Jag XJ220 was in an article on Pistonheads a while back. It was caught up in the middle east after an ex-pat had to flee the country to avoid being prosecuted for something I believe.

That Toyota isn't an F1 car, it looks more like an old F3000 in Toyota colors. The ones that made me sad the most were the Plymouth Superbirds. And I don't know why.

Too late for ninja edit? :D

That E30 M3 with delivery km's on the clock depressed me.
