Some sarcasm yes. But also, i try not to take anyones word for it and especially a politician's!
On the back of the Malay officials original incompentant handling of facts, Im still skeptical... I have not seen any evidence either.

Yeah. You can't land a B777 just anywhere. You need a place with at least 3-4 kms of serious runway, you need fuel support - lots of it - and you need the expertise to manage it.
That kind of infrastructure is always known about and even if someone did it in secret, it wouldn't remain a secret for long. If someone suddenly, out of the blue, ordered 150,000 litres of Jet A1, the oil companies would know there was something suspicious about it. Same if it was stolen.

What if that someone was a powerful government or an oil company?
If it was stolen, it wasnt just stolen by Joeseph Blogoski from a small villiage in Kazakhstan.

I'm in no position to judge its plausibility but it's a well argued case.
