Just unpacked them. Solid, as to be expected, but I have to unbolt the old ones first and do some slight norbury fine tuning to set these up. Maybe for FNF.

I'm imagining Duke racing in a kneel chair, pushing the pedals with his toes. People call him crazy, but they haven't seen how good his posture is!

Yeah that shifter is insane, not sure what market it's intended for either as it's to large & bulky even without thinking about the cost.
I'm hanging out for the Heusinkveld H-shifter as I love using their sequential shifter.

To celebrate the 70th anniversary of Ferrari, Thrustmaster announced that they would launch a series of exceptional Ferrari licensed racing wheels. Today they officially announced the first limited edition replica wheel in the form of the Ferrari 250 GTO steering wheel for the Thrustmaster ECO system.

It does but it's likely to be what $5-600 here, cost of a good wheel base. I wonder how much the Ferrari side of it comes into it, Ferrari merch is ridiculously overpriced.

Puts it in the price range of my Fanatec Porsche 918 rim then, hard sell considering it has no buttons, toggles or rotary encoders of any kind on it.
The prices seem a bit too good to be true, will be interesting to hear some reviews once they're released.

The introductory offer is ~50% off RRP to entice people to put down their hard-earned now as first adopters (or philanthropists if it turns out to be vapourware)
Yes I believe it's $USD & crazy cheap for a DD wheel even if the early reports of it only having 12Nm of torque are true, then add a load cell brake pedal set to go with it.
The big call out right now is the quick release pictured are known to be useless for current DD wheels, they are made of soft pot-metal & even new have to much free-play & are unreliabe for any current DD wheel on the market.

Holding off for now, I might have a stack of sim racing hardware coming my way if i want to pay the shipping from the UK. Just trying to figure out if it is worthwhile. There are 2 DD wheels in that box of goodies.

As far as I could tell, they aren't looking for money until the kickstarter. I have very serious doubts about it, but who knows what they might show before then. Hoping they give the prototype to someone known to make a video, just to give some hope.
The spec of the servo motor is pretty weedy, the wheel looks like the $50 supercheap auto special, and the unit looks ugly as sin. But I think I'll risk it, there wouldn't be much standing in the way of an upgrade after the fact.

CSL Elite came today, soo far first impressions im not wow'ed by it over my G920, like its better but im glad I didnt pay $750 for it.
Ordered a seat and what not last week, going to build one of these this week and setup a fulltime setup for racing
