7 Days to Die

Any good? Surely some of you must have it and as its on special in the Steam sales........

So all you arsechair reviewers, should I buy it? If so, it is fun single player or does it need mates?

It's ok single player, but I got bored with it after a while, more suited to many people as resource gathering is very slow in my opinion.

From the few hours I put it, it was decent, it is basically Minecraft mixed with DAYZ, The only reason I had any intrest in it was for the multiplayer, other than that it gets repetitive pretty quickly, but if you aren't bored with Minecraft, then it should be fun.

Mrs, brother and myself are playing this at the moment. Although we have zombies turned off coz they freak out my wife, it's pretty good fun. Much grittier than minecraft obviously with a real world apocalyptic feel. Will probably get more than a few hours out of it. The only issue so far is lag when I'm hosting. Brothers ping shoots to 400 randomly which makes it difficult to hunt.

why don't you host it on amazon ec2? (like we host Assetto Corsa there) You can fire up a windows server free...
