Went to a Renault event last night and got to have a go in a Twizy. Awesome fun! They even did time trials around the dealer lot with a top gear style fast laps board. I finished somewhere near the bottom after taking it very gently - didn't want to break it!
It's a very funky thing. Lots and lots of steering lock and a very long throttle with a super hard brake pedal. Would be pretty cool as a commuter if you lived somewhere with a nice climate.

They can't sell them due to ADRs (there's a grey area between motorbikes and cars that seems difficult to overcome for our local regulators...).
