Spoke to a mate who does modelling for a living for games, and he reckons it would cost 2-3 million just to pay for people at industry rates... and to get the survey data and what not even more.

The whole point of the project is to make a digital version of Manhattan to be able to be modded into ANY video game.
Say it's in AC, you could get the file and make your own custom street racing track, the possibilites are endful, but the racetracks are endless.
Also, add this to the open LA project in AC and we're in for a good time!
