World of Warships

Post by Dr. Pain »

Anyone playing the beta for this? I've been racking up hours in only a few days! :yikes:

I like it more than world of tanks, as I like those old combat ships from WWI and WWII. Only Japanese and US ships so far but the Royal navy will be good when we get it. So you might see Rear Admiral Sir Dr Pain floating around on the Asian server.

I've been playing it a bit, but I'm only up to a level 3 Battleship so far (need more free time).

Throw ALBANY into the bonus code section in the shop (when logged into your account) for a free Tier 2 US Cruiser. It's nothing flash, but it does sell for 375,000 credits and you'll get two free port slots for your effort.

I played for about an hour or two but meh. I prefer war thunder. And even world of tanks. I feel like the maps need to be way way bigger and would be better if you could your mates working different areas of the ship.

It's not bad. I just feel like I've played this game a lot.... The move up the tech tree thing. The game play never improves as you move up.

It's so heavily based on luck but it's fun. I've got a tier 5 US cruiser and Destroyer (which is vastly inferior to the Japanese tubs).

USS Atlanta. It's a 5 in hose. Soooo much fun! I found the clip below but I have put 130+ rounds into a battleship.
